Sometime to quick to turn every issue into an elevated situation. The management team here is so concerned with having a client be unhappy or a partner being unhappy that everyone is afraid to make a mistake.

Our benefits and bonuses were cut by new CEO, what does that say?

People can be friendly, management doesn't breath down your throat. I am not accountable for my work and don't have to do much.
We don't have to work any overtime or long days.
Seating arrangement is childish and CEO doesn't trust us to have privacy.

I feel like clients are scammed into thinking we are providing a service when we really aren't. People can invest money on their own and file their IRS tax reports just as good as us because none of us are really trained and new young people don't even know what a retirement plan is. I would not want to invest my nest egg with a bunch of young people who have had no training and are clueless.
Security cameras were installed by the doors to Benetrends and the managers can watch people come and go from their iphones how creepy is that?

Enjoy coming to work everyday and help provide a service to people looking to live their life ling dreams and become their own boss. Moving up the ladder is a bit of a challenge, along with compensation. If you don't speak up they will just let it ride until it becomes a more important issue.

Been here 3+ years, don't beleive the reviews of the dismissed, NOT TRUE

I have been an employee for over 3 years and have worked in a few of the different departments of Benetrends. Not only is the product that they offer compliant, but the culture and belief of everyone here is centered around making sure our process is done right and accurate and to keep our clients happy. Something I think we have done as a company for at least as long as I have been here. Which is why other claims seem off to me being that in the company's history, they have never had 1 plan disqualified and have 100's of clients that are happy to be a reference and discuss the service and compliance of their plan with our teams here.

We are a growing company and we do hit growing pains some times. Trying to get the technology to keep up with the influx of business we get is not always easy. And constantly adding employees makes it tough systems wise and space wise. I think we need a bigger office.
