Worst place ever

I worked my butt off for this company. I missed so many events at my children’s school. I put my health in the back seat. All to prove myself and work my way up. In the end, the company eliminated my position. Myself along with about 10 other coworkers were terminated.

Too much favoritism and hours were cut to give to new employee.

I would not recommend working for this company. They are very rude and slow to the customers ordering oxygen. They billed insurance for orders that were never filled. Management is terrible and only sees $$$ from all the older patients. Breaks were taken by others who spent most of the day either talking or being on their phone for face book.

Do not work here place is a disaster!

Everyday you get your route plan your day get about 10 - 15 stops some are easy some are hard load your equipment and hit the road then hear every patient complain about how horrible the service is no patient is ever happy management is a disaster. A very stressful environment fast paced to many chiefs not enough Indians
They recently got bought out by Pacific Pulmonary which that was just a tragedy they are an even worst company this place is only a.dead end u will.never move up or go anywhere no raises for about a year and at that it's like 5% I really hope they close down soon we need better companies in Reno!

A typical work day included processing DME orders and verifying insurance and co-pays.
I learned Medical Administrative skills.
The hardest part of the job was getting questions answered.
My team was by far one of the best I've ever worked with, from my director and the way down to my teammates.

This Company was purchased out by a larger corporation when it had originated as a family business.Since that purchase everything is being outsourced or completed by sister companies. Bennett managers and employees now have no say, input or feedback on processes.There is very poor management/leadership, no structure, limited communication/ training, and no room for growth.This is a stressful, fast paced work environment with limited assistance or guidance from upper management. A lot of decisions are based on favoritism rather than skill when it comes to keeping/terming employees that remain or rearranging job titles. Hardest part of the job is the lack of respect received from co-workers, management, and HR. The best part of this job was having the ability to assist the community and provide customer service to those in need.

Too much unfairness. People got raise and their work load reduced to other people who did not get a raise. Too much favoritism. They treat the customers poorly for a DME provider. Customers begging for their oxygen and never getting a call back.
