Nice people to work with and work for but need improvement on management skills and refine SOP to follow.
Computer system need improvements, such as the ERP system.
You will have to resolve problems occurs along with minimal helps from your manager. Enjoy a lot when problems got resolved with success.

Set your expectations very low

As other reviewers said, company is very shady in regards to dealing with accounts and employees, lots of smoke and mirrors, so much that some accounts have had to hire teams to watch them like hawks. Owners are very juvenile and unprofessional, acting very cringey and lowbrow at company meetings and events.
They also claim to have a "family" workplace (Tiggers?!? c'mon) while shipping jobs overseas and encouraging a toxic work environment. Lots of turnover, mostly younger employees, who quickly leave after being burnt and realizing only the sales people receive bonuses/awards. Many new hires leave soon after so you have to train new people all over again. Systems and support are even worse. IT team is overworked and backlogged, so ongoing issues are almost never addressed. The benefits are very expensive and don't even kick in until after two months. If you negotiate anything upfront, be prepared to fight HR for it as they will conveniently forget.

Well balanced job

I was able to work 50hours a week while maintaining a home/personal life. I liked the people I worked with however some of the management was hard to deal with.

Be Prepared to Work Hard

If you like working under stress, always having work to do, and the challenge of working through ambiguous situations, this is the job for you. If this doesn’t sound like something you’d enjoy, save yourself the hassles and avoid this job.
This company moves at a very fast pace, they’re growing, and they expect a lot from their employees. That’s not to say it’s a bad thing, so much as I am trying to explain what you’ll be getting yourself into.
You will certainly be working--to the point where if you’re not doing something, they expect you to ask for other projects to work on. There’s always work to be done. More often than not, it can feel like you have too much to do and not enough time. If you’re expecting to have days where you leave early or can easily take a day off or leave for an appointment, think again. It’s not to say it can’t be done, you just have to jump through a lot of hoops to make it happen. If you want to take PTO you have to make sure you find someone who’s willing to take on your workload on top of theirs while you’re away.
The training is set up poorly and based around work you MIGHT do, not what you’ll actually be doing. In order to succeed, you have to be someone who is incredibly proactive. This means you can be handed something you’ve never done before and just figure it out. You have to be comfortable asking A LOT of questions and knowing approximately what questions to ask. This is something I’ve seen cause issues for new hires.
