Wonderful, innovative products that improve the quality of life for the patients.

Being a startup device company, up against some of the most well-known companies for competitors definitely makes everything harder, however poor management of certain departments and funds created an unstable company. Many rounds of hiring and firings over many years created a revolving door, allowing some great talent to get away, and somehow some of the less talented employees stayed in place. Benvenue has become a political environment, where as it used to be more of a "family" where everyone cared about everyone else, the product, and the good of the company. People still care, but they are much more unhappy than they used to be, and are afraid for their jobs as more and more good people choose to leave or are let go.
