Decent office job, helping people with their utility bills

In the offices it's Mon-Fri 8-5pm job, no after hours. No taking the job home.Once you get the rules down, it can be an easy office job. Good place to start in the company and move up.

Customer retrieval system and the rules associated with what you're allowed to do is very hard to learn. There's exceptions to the rules, and the rules differ in each state we provide service. Training is better if you're in the call center, but if you're in the customer office may the odds be in your favor. You're trained by the person who is most senior at the office which can come with it's own issues if they've been at the company doing things their way for some time.
