Worst pay for the most stressful toxic environment I've ever been in. Subsidised lunch is not optional... They take your money anyway. Long hours for such little recognition and pay out. Had to leave for my mental and physical health. Management are so out of line. Most managers there are there because they would not be allowed say or do the things they do anywhere else. Unfortunately this all starts from the top even back at the head office at Denmark. Unless you're happy working in a cut throat low paid culture, bestseller Ireland is not for you. Can't even count the amount of people who were let go at the dropof a hat... Literally not even a day's notice. HR needs some serious reevaluation... The definition of being there to protect the company and not the employees. Count your days if you have a bad week/month here. Definitely some of the other offices around the world have it a thousand times better with more support and development strategies.

Maar om vervolgens mee te nemen naar een ander bedrijf. Ze houden je graag kleiner dan je bent. Weinig salarisdoorgroei mogelijk, aparte nietszeggende stappen (i.o., junior, senior) maar weinig echte nieuwe verantwoordelijkheden.
