Best Western is one of the best places I ever worked at. My supervisor and manager were very personable, understanding, appreciative, and supportive. Both excellent at their positions. Due to health reasons, it was suggested that I return to my home province for medical care. My health being their main concern. I was also assured that I would be welcome to work at the best Western should I decide to return to Penticton. My over all experience was an excellent and comfortable experience.

Free cold drinks, frozen treats, birthday cakes for all employees, as well as lunches as rewards for jobs weĺ done as a team effort.

I never had a negative experience at best western.

Direction très malhonnête, elle joue avec les sentiments des salariés. Aucun budget, turnover, aucune vie privée à cause de la mauvaise organisation qui génère des changements de planning et des arrêts de travail. Hygiène très douteuse. Bulletins de salaire avec des erreurs tous les mois. En tant que gouvernante j'ai dû faire 40 chambres dans un hôtel 4 étoiles c'est énorme.
