This job is great and I learned more here than any job I've ever had in my life. Not only did we have a teaching facility I learned more behind the scenes especially because it was something I was very much interested in. The staff was excellent and I can't think of a nicer place for anyone to work.

A busy and productive work experience

At Bethany Church, my boss was flexible and sometimes allowed me to choose to either work in the mornings or afternoons. I stayed busy cleaning, vacuuming, taking trash, and other housekeeping duties. I also got experience in waxing floors, laying carpet and tearing damaged walls and carpet after a flood.

Working for Bethany is MINISTRY FIRST. This is a much appreciated stance. Management is a bit micromanaged, but can change from department to department. Communication from the top down is the most difficult part of this job. I enjoyed the environment and people the most.
