The other half is having well functioning systems within the store's day-to-day operations that make running the store more efficient and less time consuming overall. Mcdonald's developed the Speedy System when they saw this flaw in fast food management, and they ended up revolutionizing the industry overall because of it. Their helpful, and know what there talking about. I feel like the store managers know there clients way better then the compony managers, and NEED to listen to there feedback more.
