Great company heading in an even greater direction. The CEO and other executives give as much feedback as you need or request in order to help you meet your targets, but they don't hover. You truly have trust, ownership, and flexibility to for life/work balance/integration and to try new things that may or may not work. There is a lot of work, but that's every place. If you're efficient and you meet your self-chosen deadlines, or even explain why some things are taking longer than you thought, no one is going to give you a hard time. It's a really encouraging environment.

I was working on AVDS which is an interesting product. I learned a lot in my time with the company.
|
1. I couldn’t recognize my colleagues in the street .
2. Everything is kept like top secret.
3. Job description didn’t match what I was actually doing.
4. On boarding process was bad I didn’t have all required credentials and wasn’t given proper introduction to the company’s systems. I had to request zoom salesforce credentials etc.

This company has a great group of people to work with. It is currently in the midst of rebranding and moving into a new and better direction. There is tons of room for ingenuity and out of the box thinking.

Only downside is that of small company problems in general, and not the company itself. This is all being fixed as part of the movement forward towards a better branding.

I worked at the Israeli branch for a year and a half.
The overall experience was really good.
I worked directly under the CTO.
I enjoyed working with him. He gave me a lot of space to do my job, when I needed help - he helped and explain what was the problem (he's awesome).
The office is brand new and have great vibes with a kitchen and conference room.
In addition, we had happy hours / went to a lot of escape rooms...
