I'm working in Bezeq International since 2007. I really like the place, the people, I learn there a lot about management.
Typical day: I come to my office at 07:00, I say hello to everyone, read emails, read reports, send goals reports to my teams, do a on-job-training to my employees, take a lunch, do a private training to my employees. continue to do my other tasks until I finish. usually I left my office at 19:00.
My colleagues are managers of agents, we are in the same managers team, I like to eat with them, sometimes to share some dilemmas and to enjoy our work.
The best thing I like in my job is the people, we are very friendly and it gives us a lot of energy to do our job in the best way.

Lousy place to work, even as a student

Typical day is sitting on your chair for 8 hours and giving technical support for calling customers. You in huge hive of workers. I learned a lot about computer networks.
In Bezeq International they don't look at your skills, and don't want a person who knows how to be a good service worker and make customers happy. They promote workers just according to who is friends of who.
I met some nice people in this work, but management was terrible. I used to answer for almost a hundred calls a shift and it was hard but I felt I'm doing good. The level of professionalism was not good enough to progress, so I left for another company.
I enjoyed the training course and the special projects they let me do such as a movie about how to deal with special customers and problems.
