Good pay, benefits, commissions. Team/Family but professional like work environment. (casual Fridays would be nice) Managers at the site do help with growing in the company.

Corporate and the people who own the property put to much pressure on site staff. Corporate is very disconnected from us on site. They take away advantages of working for the company/ while others seem to be increasing them. I don’t think they remember what it’s like to work on site with prospects and residents every day. Shouldn’t be open 7 days a week, 6 would work.

Let's start with the fact you have to drive to corporate for training in Farmington Hills and you will not get paid for the drive or your time.
Managers at my complex (Trilogy Apartments) sit and talk all day in their offices and then meet with the leasing staff weekly to tell us we are not doing our jobs.
I have received multiple phone calls from companies trying to collect on bills and threating me in the process because managers do not do their jobs.
The owners of the company give you a measly commission of 0.05% but tell you it is 0.5% (very different) so each lease you only make maybe $45.
Residents will threaten to kill you, however, managers do take this seriously and will evict the person.
Despite the leasing teams success and hard work, managers will continue to threaten your job by posting it online and taking interviews.
Managers will constantly tell you how you are not good enough and need to do better even after having multiple residents move in and get 100% shop scores.
During the holiday's the leasing team was denied PTO and then watched as it was granted for maintenance and mangers.
The managers will raise their voices and yell at you over their own mistakes, trying to make it seem like your fault. Very gaslighting.
Health insurance is $1500, which should just be illegal.
You will have to work most holidays, like MLK day, presidents day, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, and Easter.
The managers are such micromanagers that you never even feel comfortable enough to go to them for help.

I feel I get a good work life balance in my current position, and I am paid well for the work that I do!
Relaxed dress code and being able to wear jeans has been a nice addition this year.

Somewhat flexible when it comes to schedule

Zero support for the maintenance from property managers, orders being held up from backed up invoices, you accumulate vacation time in your first 3 months that you can’t use. I was a salary worker, who got paid for a week and 1/2 of a week when I put my two weeks in cause they were mad I was leaving. I did the right thing by putting in my two weeks doing everything I could to set them up for success when I left and even the property manager saying she’d love to keep my company on as a contractor. Well it was just smoke and mirrors. They’ll tell you anything you wanna hear, and when I contacted corporate about me just “losing” my accumulated vacation, they agreed that it wasn’t right! If you can’t take time off in your first 90 days, while accumulating vacation, and then expect to be paid out when you leave and they tell you sorry you don’t get that! I wouldn’t keep a balance of vacation if you work for this company! Oh and let’s not forget I never missed a day nor was I ever late, also working 50+ hrs on salary! Sneaky company policies that I don’t think I’d ever work for again!

Change your policy. I left after getting zero support from management, after 4 months, in which I had accumulated time off, that I forefeited when I left cause I couldn’t use it nore would it be paid out for the hours I worked and had accumulated it. 30+ hrs flushed down the drain!
