The lying & gossiping from co-workers and unprofessional Community Managers & Regional Manager

The culture is great but the work environment was horrible

Stressful having to watch your back all the time and listen to co-workers gossip all the time about employees and tenants, & watching management play favorites and turning a blind eye to co-workers having relationships with tenants and then covering up for them

I really enjoyed my time while working at BH management. Although my time frame was short, my overall experience was great. I really enjoyed what the company had to offer I just felt that my regional manager was very inexperienced.

Wonderful support team
|
I have worked for a few property management companies, and I have to say that BH by far is the best. The work -life balance is good, support from upper management is fantastic , at least my region is and my regional and AVP even our accountant are beyond wonderful and the training is great as well. PTO time is unmatched!

Always on call, short staffed for over a year. On site management gives no support and lacks major communication. Upper and middle management only looks out for themselves and those they like. Company will only listen to one person before a write up may occur.
