Many have written negative about Bifortis. No wonder because, if you are good people praise you to heights. If you are for the company and against their illogical hikes and indecenct behavious, they blame you & try to destroy you!

1. If you want to gain new knowledge and really contribute to a project, that's the place. Narek is always ready to give an advice, but not to guide you through the entire process. And it's the best thing, because you learn much faster.
2. Narek doesn't position himself as a big boss ("boss-is-a-god" attitude is very common for almost all Indian companies), he encourages the initiative of employees.
3. The working environment is good, the collective body is very diverse, all people in the office are friendly, tolerant and understanding.
4. Narek cares about the comfort of people. The office organised in a very good way. Comfortable working space and high quality gadgets. Perfect conditions for work without any disturbance.

People who look for an effortless work, where they will get paid just for showing up in the office, will be disappointed, because the company is interested in proactive candidates who are ready to learn and grow both personally and professionally.

Usual start-up experience

I worked as a software developer at Bifortis and experience was same like in any other start-ups, you'll get more pressure compared to MNC, but overall I was satisfied with team. During my employment period. When I left company, it was merging with another agency. When I left company I got all my papers.
|
Few incidents happened where group developers tried to pull out one of the crucial projects out of the company and work on their own, which impacted badly on company and other thing was when CEO had personal issues and left India and for several months CTO was not able to handle projects properly, since he was not experienced enough.

Great company, lots of potentials. The staff is good and helpful. They treat people in a very good way. Flexible timings for the employees. You can grab a chance to study or learn something that you want to and they appreciate it. Don't go for the previous bad reviews, they are misleading and is posted by a guy blackmailing the company. I would suggest go and talk if you want to see on your own.

As the company is in starting phase, all those perks which MNCs provide may not be there but you will be happy with all the things you are getting in return.

This company is one of a kind. Its neither a start up company owing to its establishment back in 2011, nor is it an mnc. For its 4 years in existence it can only boast about its meager workforce of around 9 on average which includes 3 from upper management(read friends and relatives of ceo) as well as its portfolio of incomplete or failed projects.
The usual trend for a small company is to hire skilled workforce and pay them well by sharing the company's profit. The trend for a larger company is to hire unskilled workforce in masses and pay them sub par, and train them to get the job done.
This company is the absolute worst of both worlds. It hires unskilled workforce, offers no training, pays peanuts, and expects miracles in return.
A small company offers frequent increments, good bonus, variable pay, generous leaves. A large company in contrast offers perks and benefits like pf, insurance, overtime pay, cabs etc. This company on the other hand offers no bonuses, has fixed leaves(10 per year), fixed work timing(*this is only on paper, expect work to be dumped on you 5 minutes before you leave + no overtime pay), offers no pf, insurance, no documents, hell, it doesn't even pay your taxes.

This company is like a reality show, you can literally vote on the next person to leave, its that inevitable. People have been hired one day, and fired the next.
There is no senior management. Average experience of the employees would be around 10 months.
There is no way you can compare this company with any other legitimate company. It would end up being a black mark on your resume. Avoid this place at all costs.

Narek, if you want your company to exist, then you need to change your ways. Everyone can see you for who you are. I would recommend you close shop. Or at the least, step aside and let someone smarter take over the company; although I doubt anyone marginally intelligent would even look towards this mess. Best of luck.
