Juliet, TN USA No training and no opportunities move up Would not recommend working there..mgmt is mediocre and always leaving and hiring new..operations is a revolving door..if they hire u for a specific position and schedule..u will not be given other opportunities (no matter your skill set or experience)..you will also keep ur schedule and not move unless they change your days off..u are expected to work anytime they call u on your day off.the only way to move up or around if to be in the "cliche" of a small snotty group.of folks there. First one was when they didn't get me home even remotely on time despite the fact they knew what time I wanted off for well over a month. Second strike is they milk you for every last second of your 70, so you're even more stressed than usual trying to chase your clock. And they just barely give you your 34 hour reset, as soon as the 34 is done they send you out no matter what time it is, so make sure you sleep most of it. Pay as long as they're actually giving you good runs. The 840 is a decent hub. Every one from the guys in maintenance, driver supervisors, office people, all the way up to the GM treats you as a person and with friendliness and respect. They have great equipment and take the maintenance of their equipment very seriously.
