The CEO has no clue what he's doing. The President is even worse. They're genuinely terrible people. On top of that, they're abusive and you have to tolerate if you want to stay working there. They expect staff to fix their incompetencies, when in reality, the only thing that will fix it is shutting it all down. They don't pay their vendors because they don't have any money. Be prepared to work an inordinate amount of hours to get anywhere close to the unreasonable expectations they'll give you. I really liked working at Big R the employees and management quickly become like family. The only problem is that Management doesn't get weekends off to be with family and they work to cover everyone else's hours. What I have learned is that management is never satisfied.
