Very flexible hours never a dull moment always busy. Benefits are good for a smaller company you wont be dissapointed. Paid days off generous sick days and they do listen to their employees!!!

The pay could be better vacation time is substandard and it seems like there is never time to properly train new employees. Those in charge of training someone tend to wing it with no real training program. If your not a self starter or a bit aggressive to learn you may want to pass on this place. You are expected to jump right in hit the ground running and figure it quickly. All you questions will be answered but you don't know what you don't know.....

Salary does not compensate for the work load. HR is buddy buddy with the owner, uneven wages for the same positions, they'll increase your workload without compensation, poor yearly raises.

Amazing People, Great Atmosphere, Great Place to Learn

From where I was prior to working here, I had a lot of great opportunities. The Benefits were great and salary was so much better than my previous job. The people here are amazing and we all try to help out each other as much as we can. There is always work and it rarely seems like there are slow times (which is not a bad thing totally). I had the opportunity to be promoted which was great. My direct managers were fantastic and I felt they really cared about what was going on in my life (some management in previous jobs seemed to ask about you because they are told to sound more caring....the managers here genuinely do care). There was a lot of promising talk about expanding and different opportunities in the making here.

A lot of the job is mostly learn as you go. There is training for a general aspect of the job, but overall you just learn as you do (that may or may not be beneficial to some people). After being offered the promotion, there really wasn't a clear view as to what could be next after that. While there was a lot of talk of new opportunities, some of the times it seemed to just be talk

During you company meetings, try not to single out one group/team that is "costing money" because that's what it says on paper. We say how well the company is doing and such...but then you right away say team "blank" is overall way below. It doesn't make the members of that team feel that all the work they are doing actually means anything.

Big Red Rooster Flow is a generous company. Not only with employees, but also within the community. I am one of the longer standing employees with the company and I've seen, first had, our growth. BRRFlow has grown quickly due to a supportive management team and culture.
There have been times when I didn't understand my place in the company and there have been times when I've felt over worked and under appreciated (like any employee at any company may feel at times). What I have found is, part of having a good work outlook is looking at yourself and finding how you work within that environment and how to resolve my own situations by communication and problem resolution. I have been at Big Red Rooster for almost 7 years and have been given a generous amount of growth opportunities. Some were lateral moves, some were promotions, but nevertheless, I was given the opportunity to expand my knowledge in the industry we work.
Big Red Rooster Flow expects employees to be accountable and to work hard. It is up to each employee to define what that means to them.

The HR/Management care about their employees and like to keep things interesting. Rewarding achieved goals and providing out of the box activities to break up mundane office life. It feels like they have a goal of keeping us more than just employed- keeping us happy. I feel included in the department(s) that I am in and I love that there are different things to look forward to within the 9-5 life. Benefits are awesome, and they keep us educated on how to take the best advantage of those.

Different challenges can bring different stresses. Each department has its own family vibe but that can sometimes be a little clique-y. Then of course anyone is going to wish they had a bigger salary.

The bottom line is important to everyone. Finding ways to see that increase is always needed to grow- I just wish there was a way to know my positions financial potential. See if there are ways for me to change that for the better so I can know I'm in the best situation I can be.
