Always talking about trainings and not making it a reality. Career improvement for a lot of employees is done by going to other friendly 3D printer companies Lot’s of variations. If you are close to management, and they are your buddies, you have a good chance of a really good and unproportionally high salary The management level never worked well, they don‘t respect your work, neither do they respect you (even if they try to let you think so) Salaries are varying a lot. You‘ll get a big salary increase, if you are best buddies with management and they like you (not for your real work engagement) Management and HR are lying about a lot, really bad communication habits or none existing Loud and noisy work environment, big office space, no real privacy Not really fair Great people, that hold together well, and they need to! No union, cause you‘ll get fired quickly if you try! Saying one thing and in reality not caring about any recycling or improving the product’s carbon footprint As the external projected image is shiny and glamorous, the reality is much worse Interesting work there, but quite basic support and tooling for r&d Noisy work environment. Bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Chef, weiß aber auch, dass das abhängig von der Abteilung ist Standort mittig in Berlin, dafür unstrukturiert verteilt auf mehrere Etagen und Gebäude, alte Toiletten, Fazit: könnte verbessert werden, aber Abwägung zwischen Lage und räumlichen Bedingungen ist schwierig. Ansonsten vernünftige Technik und Ausrüstung. Es wird viel Wert auf Weiterbildung gelegt und angeboten. Hier würde ich gern 10 von 5 Punkten geben, ich habe noch nie ein Unternehmen erlebt, in dem es eine so faire Bezahlung gibt. Bigrep zahlt wirklich weitaus mehr, als alle anderen Unternehmen. Ich bekomme momentan ein Nettogehalt, welches andere Firmen mir als Bruttogehalt boten. Absolut keine Probleme - Fragen werden sofort beantwortet und auch auf weitreichendere Entscheidungen, muss man nicht lange warten. Wenn man Infos benötigt, kann man jeden Kollegen jederzeit ansprechen oder über Slack schreiben. Zudem gibt es wöchentlich eine Mail, mit allen Neuerungen. Ich habe mich direkt von Anfang an mit allen, sehr sehr gut verstanden. Man fühlt sich wirklich, als würde man die Kollegen schon lange kennen und tauscht sich dementsprechend auch über alles aus. Die Aufgaben sind sehr interessant, da man ein haptisches Produkt hat, mit dem man arbeitet und immer wieder dazulernt. Ich bin zwar erst seit sehr kurzer Zeit bei Bigrep, muss aber sagen, dass ich noch nie so herzlich und freundlich in einer Firma aufgenommen wurde.
