The upper management team are great people, far from what you'd expect from most dealerships. There's not really a "process" in regard to advancement opportunities, however, if you're determined to better yourself and you're willing to put in the effort, then it shouldn't matter, your hard work will pay off. Since working here, I've found that the management team are helpful and willing to help you advance to your full potential. In truth it's been several years since I've worked there but I can't imagine it's changed mutch. If your a competent sales [erson you can probably make decent living. The culture there is depressing and at times hostile but that can be typical of a lot of sales environment. If your looking for a company that treats their employees as anything other than money making machines you might want to look at another company.
