Good product, thanks to a hard working team of young bright engineers. Great press and public perception due to a hard working, talented Marketing director/team. Company provides free lunch. Location has parking, and is in close proximity to train stop. Start hour is flexible for engineering. CEO has no respect for employees, nor their time, and has very poor communications skills. He consistently makes unreasonable requests of his employees time, both lower level and upper management, making it necessary for employees to work through nights and weekends. He is sadly unpolished in basic pleasantries, and does not bother to say "good morning" upon entering the office; nor knows upper management's spouses names, number of kids, etc. Though smart and driven, this is not a leader you would respect/want to work for, with yelling common place, which creates an atmosphere of uneasiness in the office, and destroys the usual start up team spirit. Employees need to wear many hats, and turn over is huge. The 16-18 employees work in an open area with all employees working in close proximity. There is no telephone privacy, and telephones often crash, as CEO handles IT issues. A lot of micro managing vs. delegating. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 DISAPPROVE 3.0 1.0 1.0 0.0 1.0 2.5 1.0 435765 Open Employees are always willing to work hard for someone they respect, and when they feel mutually respected. Board of directors should put an experienced CEO in charge, as product has great promise, and there is a dedicated team of intelligent hard working employees in place that could get the job done. 0.0 [] No No 0.0 Jan 10th, 2021 04:47PM Jan 10th, 2021 04:47PM BillShrink
