Berbat yönetim, güvencesiz, geçici bir iş
|
Öncelikle daha niteliksiz kişilerin daha düşük maaş ile işe alındığı ve taşeronla çalıştıkları TR kısmı değil , Global kısımla ilgili yazmaktayım. Şirkette 3 yıl kadar çalıştım . Yönetim berbattan daha kötü. Malta ve yurtdışında da ikamet eden bir Türk ekip var. Bu ekip hiçbirşey yapmadan 2000 dolar üzeri maaşlar almakta ve Şirketin sunduğu tüm imkanları sömürerek lüks bir hayat yaşamaktalar. Ancak onların üzerinde olan Avrupa ve Çin asıllı yöneticiler ise deli gibi çalışmaktan bu durumun farkında dahi değiller. Bu şahıslar kendi görevleri olan neredeyse tüm işleri de altındaki takım liderleri, onlar da kendi altındaki müşteri danışmanlarına yaptırdığı için şirketin tüm yükü , en düşük maaş ile danışmanların üzerindedir.
Şirket daha önceden işe aldığı herkese farklı maaşlar bağladığı için aynı işi yapan 2 kişinin maaşı arasında neredeyse 1000 dolar fark bile olabilmekte .Ancak bunu sorgulayamazsınız çünkü fesih sebebi :) Bu dengeyi bozmak adına firma yüksek maaşla çalışan ve tanıdığı olmayan kıdemli-kıdemsiz tam 1300 personelini Haziran 2023 de 5 dakikada sebep göstermeksizin işine son vererek kurumsal tarihte görülmemiş bir rezalete imza atmış, dünya basınında imajı yerle bir olmuş ve tıpkı sektörü kripto gibi ne kadar güvenilmez ve kalitesiz bir oluşum olduğunu kanıtlamıştır.
İnanılmaz güvenlik yöntemleri ile kullanıcıların girdiği tüm kimlik ve hesap bilgileri ,üniversiteyi henüz bitirmiş ve iş tecrübesi dahi olmayan çalışanların yanlarında sahile bile götürdükleri bilgisayarların içindedir . Boğa döneminde alım yapılır. İhtiyaç bitip ayı dönemine geçildiğinde ise bu kişilerin işine son verilir. Kemik tabakada bulunan kişiler ise hepsi birbiriyle bir kankalık- iletişim içindedir. Bu kişiler sapık da olsa, uyuşturucu da kullansa, fuhuş baskınında da yakalansa (hepsi yaşandı) işten atılmaları çok zordur çünkü Türkiye üst yönetisici ( AY) ve Malta daki kankaları nın torpili şirketteki en güçlü zincirdir.

Özel sağlık sigortası, Bazı operasyon çalışanları botox, diş beyazlatma vs gibi estetik operasyonlarını bile bu sigorta kapsamında gerçekleştirdi, Maaaşların usd üzerinden olması

Yerel yönetimin başarısızlığı, farklı maaşlar, çok fazla niteliksiz insanın çalışması.

Si quieres vivir en carne propia la esclavitud en el siglo XXI este rol es para ti. La demanda exigida en ese trabajo es desproporcionada para los beneficios que se tienen. Es un esquema de tortura mental sistemática, de desgaste psicológico y emocional donde te hacen creer que eres parte de un proyecto innovador sin precedentes y eres partícipe de una empresa inigualable, pionera y transformadora, todo esto para tratar de que trabajes mas tiempo que las horas por las que fuiste contratado y señalarte constantemente si no llegas a los números indicados. Los objetivos te los modifican constantemente de forma de que la mayoría no los alcance. Los lineamientos no son claros y la gerente de nacionalidad vietnamita (junto a sus lacayos) muestra un favoritismo que raya en la xenofobia favoreciendo a los empleados Asiáticos y desestimando los esfuerzos del resto. Esta actitud xenofóbica, prejuiciosa y discriminatoria es puesta de manifiesto constantemente y no permite la creación de un ambiente laboral agradable. Mas allá de eso aprovechan el esfuerzo desmedido de los asiáticos en el trabajo para sacar partido de eso, ya que pueden explotarlos sin que ellos reclamen por dedicar jornadas de 12, 14, 18 y hasta 20 horas, les hacen creer que es honorable trabajar (o ser explotado) durante las horas que deberían ser de descanso y los días libres, hasta el punto que se sienten orgullosos, es decir desarrollan el síndrome de estocolmo. A la compañía le gusta mantenerse al margen de la ley en la mayoría de las jurisdicciones para aplicar estos esquemas maltratadores, mediante pseudocontratos y no estableciendo relaciones laborales de dependencia dentro del marco de la ley de los paises ya que sin duda tendrían que enfrentar muchos juicios de explotación laboral.

Empresa oferece um salário razoável e alguns bons benefícios. Infelizmente isso vem acompanhado de muito trabalho com muita hora extra e muito estresse. Não vale a pena.

Extremely fast-paced, 24/7 remote work with constant reviews but rewarding work

The work is extremely rewarding. The Web3 environment is very fun to be in and Binance definitely promotes and carries this enthusiasm with the industry. Remote work so don't have to go into the office if you don't want to but most places do have an office and a group chat for the location of where the office is. Turnover rate is quite high and can be commensurative based on the Web3 industry.
