Saying millions will come with stock in the 'next 3-5 years'. Subsequently the staff is holding on for their millions for 12+ years now. Staff is tired and scared to leave resulting in limited innovation and excitement. Old style culture, limited flexibility. Prostituting yourself is what gets you promoted. Also no policy regarding conflict management -- open, honest & direct communication is eschewed in favor of underhanded power plays and yelling in the hallway. Middle management does not have your back -- they will gladly throw you under the bus to advance themselves. Their motto seems to be: Humiliate in public; praise, if at all, in private. Biothera does not pay its bills. They do not keep their promises to employees or to vendors.
