Prostituting yourself is what gets you promoted. Also no policy regarding conflict management -- open, honest & direct communication is eschewed in favor of underhanded power plays and yelling in the hallway. Middle management does not have your back -- they will gladly throw you under the bus to advance themselves. Their motto seems to be: Humiliate in public; praise, if at all, in private. Biothera does not pay its bills. They do not keep their promises to employees or to vendors.
