We were explaining a puzzle to participants. The environment was friendly. When I think of the best job I've ever had this is it! I've worked in IT for over 20 years and this job is at the top of my experience list. Due to my desire to work long hours (not a requirement) my wife tends to think more along the lines of BioWare being my worst job. If you have a family and they do not work there, make time balance your life. The culture was awesome, and the original CEO's the best around. Learned more in this job than anywhere else. Terribly long hours and long death-march stretches when nearing project completion. The teams I worked with were professional, awesome and dedicated. No need to herd cats here. These pros knew what they were doing and did an amazing job. The atmosphere was amazing. Art work graced the walls everywhere. Meeting rooms have the latest in technology so that you can hold virtual meetings with team members across the world. And playing the game you were working on was a daily thing. Talk about a dream job. Will definitely miss it. I was able to test a game well before it released and to help shape its future. That alone makes the memories worth more than I was paid.
