Birdeye is honestly one of the best companies i've ever worked for! I was recruited and hired on during 2020 when offices were closed and remain working from home. In past positions where I worked remotely I felt isolated but everyone is so inclusive and communicative that it feels like we're still in office. Birdeye has a solid group of dedicated team players. Upper management communicates with the company often (but not too often). The company seems more aware than most that in order to do your best work and stay for the long term that you need to be happy in your role and have down time. There is a lot of work to be done but the work life balance is decent. Quite pleased so far with my experience with this growing company.

I appreciate how transparent the executive team is as they hold monthly meetings with the whole company to keep everyone informed on the status of the company and where we all stand with hitting our goals.
