- Lots to learn. Probably wont get such opportunities elsewhere
- Good colleagues

- No proper team or communication structure. Higher management approaches you directly and can alter your task without your manager knowing it. This makes your life difficult as manager and higher management are not on same page.
- CEO is constantly yelling on someone in person or on phone. It creates a very discouraging and negative environment. If you know the local language spoken by him then that makes it even worse.
- Low pay by industry standard.

1. Two or Three people at higher management such as technical architects are supportive and good to work with.
|
1. Company policies are revolved around one person who is in a higher management position.
2. For Biz2Credit, Company and higher management people come first. Employees are the least of their concerns.
3. No Fixed date of salary.
4. Immediate Introduction of PLI irrespective of salary bracket.
5. Hiring and Firing is part of the company's policy. HR themself have no knowledge of processes which leads to lots of discrepancies.
6. There is no open door policy. They rather encourage a chain of command approach.
7. There is no process as a result in every project employees are working late and if employee denies working on the weekend then strict disciplinary actions are taken.
8. Higher management people think they deserve a better salary, amenities than the middle/junior level employees.
