There is a tremendous amount of finger pointing and yelling in the weekly meetings, especially by the EVP. HR and accounting are one department, so expenses can take a long time to process, which can be tough because you are expected to carry the balance on your personal credit card while waiting weeks for a large expense, like a round-trip flight, to be processed. The CEO is a nice enough man, but he is never in the office. He hardly sees any of his half-thought out ideas to fruition because he isn't ever there. The pay is extremely low for the level of work that is expected, considering there are many nights where you are required to work way later than your hours dictate without proper compensation. The benefits are also way too expensive for very poor coverage.
