It's a great team atmosphere I read a lot of mixed reviews before I interviewed, but I ignored them and applied anyway. They put way too much responsibility on the account managers. If you lose a client, you're responsible for making up the lost revenue, so unless you're good at sales, this may not be for you. You get paid less than you deserve because they compensate with bonuses, but if the company doesn't profit, you won't get one. As a business, they have very little integrity and their prices for their services were a borderline-ripoff. -1.0 NEGATIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 0.0 NO_OPINION 0.0 2.0 4.0 4.0 3.0 2.0 1.0 1042129 Open 0.0 [{"countHelpful": 0, "languageId": "eng", "userJobTitle": "Director of Human Resources", "__typename": "EmployerResponse", "originalLanguageId": null, "id": 2842691, "responseDateTime": "2020-11-04T12:16:39.517", "translationMethod": null, "response": "We thank you for your time with the company. private:biziq https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=1042129 Oct 25th, 2020 12:00AM Open Open BizIQ Account Manager Phoenix, AZ Hard Pass. Skip. Work from home (for the time being), flexible time of, some really cool people work here! New leadership lacks growth and emphasizes micromanagement from upper management, grossly underpaid for the amount of work, non-inclusivity, unfair referral bonus, lack of communication -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 NEUTRAL -1.0 DISAPPROVE 4.0 2.0 1.0 5.0 2.0 1.0 1.0 1042129 Open It is easy to read this review and push it off as a disgruntled employee. That is not the case when referring to BizIQ, however, that opinion won't change the truth. In fact, I’m not disgruntled at all. I’m disappointed. The truth, BizIQ has shotty leadership. We have amazing frontline employees. We have dedicated Leads. But, the actual leadership is shotty. They lack inclusivity and transparency. They believe: get rid of tenured employees and bring new ones onboard to do it one way - (their way) - thereby avoiding any pushback or vocalizing, all while encouraging communication to make new people feel welcomed. They really don't want employees to have a voice because there are no plans to ever hear us, no matter who we attempt to speak to in upper management. Change does scare people, although we aren't afraid of change. This company was founded on change. We are concerned about the new leadership changes which bring aboard individuals that don't put the employee or the customer first. Sadly, It's all about the money. This company used to be about collectivism, togetherness and determination. Now, it's about how much money can we squeeze out of our clients, while paying our employees way under their value and transfer honorable wages from deserving frontline employees to hiring a new VP who cares about one person: Himself. Join our morning meetings and learn about his shoes, shirts, keyboards and love of the BilI’s. It seems to me, no one looks forward to his meetings. I still work here because it's not wise to leave your job before you land another. I'm interviewing and so are other account managers and employees in other departments. In fact, an employee just resigned today. It's almost a new year. I probably speak for us all, we would prefer not to take BizIQ into 2021 as our employer. Why keep someone around that doesn't care about your voice or your feelings? We literally show up to meetings never included in procedural changes, updates and our Leads and Director also aren't aware of changes. No one represents our department in meetings to make changes. It's frustrating and kind of embarrassing that our Leads and Director don't even know what's going on. Those three individuals very much do care about account managers. It's unfortunate their boss does not. They are so valuable, it's only a matter of time before another company acquires their talents because at BizIQ it's a dead end. That's why we can't keep employees long term. In the beginning, and the end, of every day the CEO is to blame. Nice guy who used to care about the welfare of his employees. He's disconnected and lacks insight into what our new culture as account managers is really like with a new VP that he signed off. Pro Tip: CEO, talk to your employees individually instead of wasting money on wasted talent. You just might get that employee attrition rate down. As you recently found out, one of your top employees put in his resignation. You want to grow the company, offer optional overtime to offset the lack of enthusiasm in the weekly lunch and learns and three weekly morning meetings that prevent us from completing our work week. Also, if you want us to justify value that BizIQ serves its customers, you will have to do the same - to employees - to keep employees. Other companies are willing to show us that value. We are understaffed, underpaid and underappreciated. That’s the truth. Just NOTE the reviews 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 4.0 Jan 10th, 2021 05:44PM Jan 10th, 2021 05:44PM BizIQ

That makes for a great culture. It's not an easy job, and that's ok, it's not supposed to be easy. Feels like we're actually helping small business owners, and that's an awesome feeling.
