You start to build a sense of community and you form genuine relationships with these people. Unfortunately, the owner and management are what will push you over the edge. Management is terrible and they don't know what they're doing. There is poor and lacking communication once you get past your coworkers. During onboarding they will make it seem like they have all these programs so there's open communication but somehow things still get lost in translation. The owner also has the habit of doing things on his own without telling anyone, not even his own managers (one of which is his nephew). Micromanaging also runs rampant. The owner/management are quick to try and reprimand you for situations that they don't fully have a grasp on. They will even try to belittle you about things that they didn't even train you on to begin with. A lot of this job you have to learn on your own or learn with your coworkers because you won't get any support from management and the owner is too consumed with trying to make money, despite him just continuing to dig himself into a bigger pile of debt. Overall, what you learn from working at this company isn't worth all the stress and toll that it takes on you. | 2.0 | 0.0 | 1.0 | 3.0 | 1.0 | 1.0 | 2.0 | 1.0 | Jan 18th, 2021 10:51AM | Mar 20th, 2021 01:23PM | BLANKSPACES | |||||

It is the workflow and the pay rate according to the amount of work that is required that unfortunately fall short. | 3.0 | 0.0 | 3.0 | 2.0 | 2.0 | 3.0 | 1.0 | 2.0 | Jan 18th, 2021 10:51AM | Mar 19th, 2021 09:16PM | BLANKSPACES |
