Fake ppl, company money minded culture, doesn't care about their employee

Quick hiring process as they always have a lack of resources
AWS certification reimbursement if you stay at least for a year(That's the actual challenge)
|
Too many points to share, but I will highlight very important points about this company one should really think about before joining this company.
1. First, Those 5 start review which you see on Glassdoor is actually from the company itself. No one writes 2-3 lines for reviews and gives 5 stars to the company. Reviews with 5 stars or 1 star have a lot to explain about the company, which is not reflected in their fake reviews and easy to notice. The fake reviews are just to balance their degrading rating on Glassdoor.
2. Believe me, those other negative reviews on Glassdoor about the company are actually the real face of the company I have realized to be, don't ignore them like me
otherwise, you will surely have a very very tough time in your happy life. No one wants to sacrifice their personal life, ppl and time, it's for them we work, and here you have to forget them to get the client's work done irrespective of day, night, weekend, or holiday. Just talk to their employees about projects like Unicorn, EHG, and many more like those. Don't forget: See the negative reviews by using the sort option.
3. Headless and heartless management, they don't care about the developers who are working hard for their clients, in fact, they screw them for small mistakes made. Human brains are not designed to work all the time they need rest and due to lots of work pressure, some developers commit mistakes which senior developers or TL have to handle and upper management pressurizes them for all such donkey work as you are TL/senior.
4. Because of the heavy workload, employees hardly get time to jell with their teammates and colleagues. It doesn't create a good bonding as there is hardly any activity which involves them to talk and think other than there work, your colleagues will start becoming/behaving with horns and sudden disappointments and create a bad working culture environment. As a senior developer/TL I was supposed to help them whenever they have any difficulties and many times it goes to 3-4 hours of the day. I also have to manage my work along with that and my colleagues take all the credit for the hard work I did for them, they even don't say that someone had spent hours with them to complete their stories during standup meetings. It's true that - "Employees don't resign just because of work, but because of ppl. They are always in lack resources because of their bad company culture and because of pressure they do wrong hirings to let the client's billing keep going. Such hirings increase lots of burden and hurdles for senior employees. Some social activities and celebrations are made but many of them are not part of it because of their workloads.
5. Not to forget their HR aka People Experience team. They are the backbone of the fake and bad culture of the company. If you are seeking help from them, then God even won't be able to help you. Getting an SBI loan will be an easier and more professional process than this. You have to suffer for their mistakes and takes more than a month for small issues. They will even not put the correct salary in your documents!
6. I won't write much about my personal experience as it is very painful and want to forget this experience and consider it a bad dream of my life. Life is not always straight, we have ups and downs, good and bad in it. This experience has helped me define what actually a bad/down can mean. There are other points I want to highlight which I have experienced personally, but you will surely find them in other reviews.
Again think before taking the decision of working with them

- Great exposure to AWS.
- You will get a chance to directly communicate with the client.
- Will get salary on time
|
- Worst middle management. You will suffer a lot as most of them are severely incompetent and are only in the org because they know someone in the higher management. Whole lot of micro management. Most of the projects are run by BAs who think they own the place.
- HRs are just puppets and will say yes to anything and everything the management has to say. They will ignore your feedbacks and gossip/share them with the managers.
- Poor salary. You will feel like you are being paid in peanuts. Long working hours, high insurance rates and other deductions will add to the fire. Way lower than market standards.
- One cannot stay in this organization for more than 1 year. Instead of going by their social media pages or fake Glassdoor reviews, try connecting with current/Ex employees, they will tell you the truth.
- No work life balance. The client owns you now and will use you as and when deemed fit. With wfh, they can even call you at 11pm and order you to work on the weekends.
- Managers are only behind billing. They don't care if you are facing any challenges. They won't move you out of the project even after multiple requests. Instead will guilt trip you by giving reasons like, you need to have patience, not possible to replace you at the moment, etc.
- Very less projects coming in and people are leaving, left, right and center.
- 3 months of notice period. Good luck finding a job with that.
