The management and higher ups are extremely questionable, in less than we had two General Managers fired and one of the two stores in the state shut down. While I worked there, I did not receive any “hero pay” or pay raise for working full time during the first year of the pandemic. They are all about saving hours and money, you will get the short end of the stick if you're not a full time employee. The people they hire to lead a store tend to have questionable personalities and not in a good way, expecting more done with faster speeds but only pay minimum wage with no in company raises. Hours can be cut but youre still expected to finish an hour early so you can do more stuff.
