- The people, one of the main reasons why I loved working at Blendle is the smart and fun people that work there.
- Openness: When you join you get access to everything that is Blendle, they trust you to make your own decisions and they don't micromanage you. That's a rare thing.
- Free lunch, massage, location (Utrecht CS), open office, flexible working hours, flexible in working remote.

1. People: it's a great bunch of people that feels like a family
2. Product: the focus on the product and attention to detail is amazing
3. Personal development: this is extremely important to management and there's a lot of attention for it
