I have worked at Bluerock for more than eight years. Sales have increased dramatically YOY because of their innovative products, experienced management team and a great dedicated wholesaling team. I feel very fortunate and most importantly, appreciated.

It could be helpful to be familiar with this space before applying for a position but you do receive training. I also work in a team environment and everyone is courteous and helpful to one another.

The CEO of the sales team, Jeff Schwaber, has publicly stated that he does not believe in promoting internal wholesalers. Although, to the internals he paints them a different story to keep them at Bluerock. Point being, what's the purpose of working for a company where there is no hope for a promotion?
