I got lucky to land with a very chill, yet hard working and motivated team. My team lead and Bluescape as a whole does a good job at treating employees as humans first and employees second. They understand that life circumstances will affect your work hours sometimes, and they work with you to find a good solution that works for all parties involved.

Bluescape has the best product and people that I have ever been a part of.
It's April 1, 2020 when I write this and right in the middle of the shutdown/quarantine/shelter and it hurts everyone in ways that no one even understands yet.
The product itself is an extremely advanced remote work solution, but that is just scratching the surface of what the platform we provide can do. It's not perfect, but it's awesome and getting better.

Remote work isn't for everyone. You are going to have to try a little harder here.

I great idea at the perfect time with a wide open market. Friendly, knowledgeable colleagues. Remote friendly! Theres so much work to be done, you have a lot of choices about what area to pursue.

The product development cycle is frustrated by a small number of highly influential people whose expertise in their chosen field grants them unfortunate sway over important decisions well beyond it. There are processes ostensibly in place to prevent this, but accountability doesn't yet reach that level of rigor. The resulting mis-steps will take a lot of time and money to fix. (If this sounds familiar, congratulations, you've likely spent time in software development!)
Bluescape is transitioning from a startup into a Real Company and I like to think of this as the "awkward teenage years".
