Working with the Bias, Rude CEO Brandon Rosen, if you do not mind working with someone that offends you and others in the work place, then this place is for you. They monitor and record your desktop screen all the time so do not go online to check your bank statement or nanny cam at home because they will invade your privacy, no trust in the workplace, very hostile place to work in, they will fire you after they get all your leads, only use you to get your leads.

they allow you room to get a raise, but have to work hard for awhile

you don't have to be too smart to get a job there
there is another company on the same floor filled with loud ratchet people
the company members are kind of friendly, but otherwise annoying and ignore you.

After three years here, there is nothing negative to say -- that speaks volumes. Brandon Rosen and Dan Lansman are the most involved, approachable and supportive CEO and President imaginable. The culture is very current and the standards set very high. Compensation is fantastic. Every day here is challenging and rewarding. Company still has growing pains

Growing culture, fun company events and holiday activities.

BMI Elite has been around for almost 6 years but still shows signs of a young startup type company. Senior management does show care for the employees but lower management has a total lack of respect, professionalism and empathy for the employees. Annual Reviews performed months after time due resulting in months of pay increase being delayed and management not being held accountable for preforming job responsibilities on time.
