Nothing as such. But yes, if you Survive here for more than 3 yrs, u‘d be treated as the most intelligent TL. CEO will beg you to continue working here for no salary . Because he is an Imbecile. You can take 20 days to program a login page and it’s not your fault.

I dint find no star option to rate this company a big Zero. So Im giving it 1.. Not kidding !
First n foremost, No salaries paid From past 5 months. CEO is faking that he has projects n will pay. But, in reality he is incapable to run a company. He has THE WORST attitude and a foul mouth which screwed his own company. He always blames ppl n His arrogance has no limits. His clients dislike him too.
A lot of favouritism on the floor, that makes u feel clueless.
TLs are the worst staff here. They mastered how to blame others for their mistakes. They take no responsibility. Seeing them, other developers started behaving the same. They continue for years in this office because they are incapable of finding a suitable job.
HR - HR here doesn’t have managerial skills. She is immature and talks away from the point. Her expressions and behaviour when u ask for salaries, irates you. She is scared of her own job to negate what CEO says. Basically she is present for nothing.

There is no good thing to tell about this company
|
First of all Mr.Gautham, the so-called CEO of the company is a bad management person he does not know how to run a company, Mr.CEO first go to school and learn how to run a company. He does not have any manners and etiquette how to speak to his staffs he wants the employees to work for him 24/7 and 365 days whereas he can go on international holidays for months.
Mr.CEO will get all nonsense app ideas only, they want to build app for thier family not for public use and he will say not getting revenue and no funds to pay to staff.
All the investors stopped funding him as they all came to know about his fraud
Next they do not pay employees on time, I have been waiting for my salary from past 4 months. CEO does not have money to pay his staff but he have money to buy new flat and luxurious car.
Half of the employees have already resigned and management relived them without serving any notice period.
They create WhatsApp group and disturb employees late nights weekends and holidays, even if we take leave management want us to wrok from home and Mr.CEO want us to attend the meetings he calls for then what is the purpose of taking leave dude
And the team leads here can become a good politician if any issue go in a project they try to blame on someone else, They work on their own terms.
If you are planning to join this company please forget your family, personal life and work for free.
