Working for BodyArmor was a valuable experience! The Regional Marketing Manager, David was a great leader and boss. The company was young and had some big goals they were set to achieve and currently are doing just that. Introducing a new product to potential customers is not easy. Especially when they have loyalty and history to your competitor. We created many events and engaged with many consumers, while collecting lots data and reporting up the management ladder. Our feedback was valued and changes were constant in effort to fix or improve any and all strategies. It was a lot of work in a very fast paced environment. The work was demanding, but also rewarding as we were involved with many high profile athletic functions.

The compensation was not equivalent to the work required. The continuous changes in branding and messaging were frustrating, but after a while, you expected that to happen. There wasn't much opportunity for job security or career advancement. Most position available were contract and nothing full time with benefits was ever available.
