BI can be an amazing company to work for, however that depends on your management.

The harder you work the harder they try to keep you in a position because you become the SME. Everyone wants to know their role and be the best provider to the company that they can, this should in my opinion not stunt your growth, but be a measure of it. In this way I do not agree with my senior leadership

Leadership is non-existent. No one has a background of substance. Too many outsiders (people from other industries) trying to fit in when it is obvious they have no idea what they are doing. It is apparent to the company (internally) as well as with the customers. Thankfully the sales reps are good.
