Interesting people that are easy to work with. Good benefits, flexible hours, flexible vacation scheduling. Close to a park, mall, and Starbucks. Short walks are a perfect break between major tasks. Office near Microsoft makes traffic tough. BoldIQ is a technology company, but also has customers that depend on us. You are allowed to learn/grow and do your best work. The company has a lot of great opportunities and has technologies that are years ahead of competition. Benefits are really good compared to other companies in the area and the leadership team is trying to make this a fun productive place to work. Many things are working like a startup. Tools and processes are not well established and there is always a need to accommodate any requests that are coming from customers and partners.
