Almost like positively toxic, if you bring up the issues you are toxic. Deal with the problem. Turn over is a reflection of inability of middle managers to support and mentor people. It is too stressful and chaotic in most of the teams. There were employees who resigned with or without a new job. That tells you something.
No one person knows how entire systems work. Value your employee by truly supporting them in the area where they need to be supported . There are a lot of job openings because those are the.positions that were eliminated anyways . People are overworked we need a good project manager in every project. It takes too long to get things done because employees are handling to many things at the same time. Fix the issue. Employees need to keep upto date in their field , otherwise they will not keep up with innovations.

This organization has an incredible sense of community and fantastic culture. It’s a collaborative, approachable and friendly work environment that helps people grow from within- You can have a long career here if you want it. They actually care about their people and how they responded during covid with transparent communication is a great example of that. Leadership decided to pay half of the bonuses for next year, which helped so many of us get through this challenging time. What other company has done that?

The company really cares about their people and the benefits are good! There is also a lot of trust in the business, the independence is important to doing great work. Their culture is super positive and very social, even during the pandemic they have figured out ways to keep all employees engaged.

I worked as a data analyst at Bond for about 3 months. Those 3 months were hell for me. The manager didn't know anything about data science or analytics. It was very difficult for me to communicate technical data science terms with my manager.
I have never worked under such a manager and company in my life. I have heard similar experiences from fellow data analysts working in different teams.
Please stay away from this horrible company. They won't think even for a second to fire you. I also heard that many top performers were laid off due to Covid (I actually feel happy for them).

Compensations for over time were not mentioned or not provided initially as a part of over time or on call support process.
Disrespected many times by client services team project managers.
No recognition
No motivation
No bonus.
Manipulative nature were shown by digital managers and supervisors
Inadequate knowledge about the ecosystem lead to complications in work for many new comers
Digital engineering management team doesn't bother about the ecosystem as they lack knowledge behind the technical concepts and functional concepts
Lost self respect and morale was down due to the maximum bullying and baby sitting culture by client services team.
No team work or team playing culture
Even though I was recognised as a great team player, the team members did not step up during tough times.
No transparency in communication.
Technically Incompetent people are being hired in client services team for digital banking operations support.
Note: I was contacted by colleagues for consulting about work related issues and technical issues even after I resigned and came out of the organisation officially.

Review software engineering process and improve
Review mental health of employees in digital engineering team and support team as currently there is no work life balance.
Review back up with in team members especially ITOPS and support structure is in complete disarray.
Remove micro managing culture by DE managers and supervisors including clients services project managers
Review on-boarding process
Review training period and allocate adequate time for new joiners
Review the client services team job traits and responsibilities and hire right person for operations support.
Unlimited vacation policies should provide adequate vacation and not be a working vacation and people should not reach out regarding work during a personal vacation or private time.
Client services team should not influence in any technical decisions taken by digital engineering team.
Over all bond brand loyalty has been a toxic and non conducive environment.
