The CEO has been at time a role model for me and even when we have not seen eye on things, He is down to earth and has great energy and determination never gives up. When I have my notice in, He went out of his way to make feel like the 7 years at Bonline had been valued and that actually made me feel appreciated! It can be hard work and yet this can be rewarding if you put the effort in and It is a place that values people thinking outside the Box. | I have to be Honest there is one manager who is in the UK office and he really needs to be in line with the values of the company and treat people with respect at every level and not let his ego get in the way.
