Everyone had each other's back when working on day to day projects.
|
Even when the office became split between different managers, the team that was on site was always helpful and insightful. If you came to them with a question they would do their best to provide an answer or at least guide you to someone who would be more informative.
The management team was off site, but they still made you feel that you were part of their team. They would make sure all new information came to you in an organized and timely manner.

little resources make for strong nurses and team work. Hardest part about my job is staffing. The most enjoyable part is that I am able to help everyone in the hospital from the waiting room to discharge.

When I first started it was a great place to work but over the 20 years I was there it was constantly a battle to meet budgets, to keep the equipment updated and to get the training and management development that you needed. Often times we promoted people from within that were not qualified to bypass the search process to bring in the Best person for the job.
