My years here have been great, i worked full time Mon-Fri, 10am to 6pm. On the daily basis I would answer phone calls from clients and showrooms who needed assistance with new and previous orders. Dealt with any issues going on, as well as assisted my CEO with anything that had to be done to keep the day going smoothly. My Managers would let me know of tasks that had to be done before the day was over, they were very understanding when it came to personal issues and would do what they could to help but also kept it professional. Considering this company has 12 locations across the US all our staff were very friendly, we would communicate via Whatsapp and were constantly in touch with everything that was going on. They would come to me if any issues needed to be taken care off and they got what had to be done, done. The hardest part of this job would be to keep everyone happy, we have thousands of clients who come in every showroom and just like any other company there were always some places it needed work. As a company we all tried to do everything we could to keep each and every customer satisfied but sometimes there are situations where as much as you try to fix something it cant be fixed. That's the hardest part, not knowing how or what more you can do to help an unsatisfied customer. This job after all has been a great experience, through good and bad days i'm very glad to have been given the title of corporate assistant manager. Getting along with all the staff is one of the greatest feelings no drama, everyone is here to do their job, get it done and be on their way. That honestly is one of the greatest feelings that makes you enjoy coming to work. But sometimes i believe you need to want something more in life and though I would hate to leave Boookatailor, I would definitely want to experience new things.
