Job is difficult - you need to sell to businesses who have bookings in order or get paid, but the leads provided are 90%+ new businesses looking for customers.
Poor leadership with no clear vision for the UK. Strong focus on USA & Spain leaves the UK market difficult to progress in.
Management who haven’t actually done the job.
Terrible communication - often never filtered down to those who need to know.

Booksy had 3 layoffs in less than a year. They continued to blindside with layoffs when after the first the first they said things were looking up, after the second they said things were looking up and after the third they said things were looking up. No one can be trusted and you never know when you're next.

Great work place and pay, staff was all fun and easy to get along with. Unlimited PTO and good benefits. They train you very thoroughly and check in on you. Got laid off due to company having to make cuts without warning during work day was the only con. Loved that job
