Constant change, commission could be much better. Micro managed on phone calls through five9 and not many patients to call on to keep calls high.

Reward the employees that actually do the work. Pay your employees on time and dont hide behind emails. Conference calls with upper management to tell the direction of company would be much better than emails pointing out negatitves on employees.

Management is not of highest quality. Virtually no room for advancement. Management makes the job harder than it is. The nature of the job is difficult at times. Can be a stressful environment.
