Typical day at work with oil industry is a very nice experience since you need to learn new things from every case you study
And overcome the difficulties you find in those new cases improving your knowledge every day.
-You learned different Technics you need to solve problems and finding solutions in different professional disciplines.
-Management is a challenge since you need not only to follow the activities from very close and being responsible for those but also to teach and train your team in how and to improve the work is being performed and ensure it is being done in a Efficient way.
-Workplace culture is great, it is based on a secure environment, respectful among the team members and a permanent improvement culture in motivation, new knowledge, goals to achieve, efficiently work, safety procedures.
-There is not a hard part of the job if you love what you do it.
