There are a number of things I like about working at Brace. At the top of the list are the people, the technologies we work with, and the problems that we are solving.
Brace made some good leadership decisions long before I got there, including our VP of Dev and our Architect. Walking in as the DevOps guy and inheriting all of the infrastructure was about as painless as that kind of thing can be, thanks to good architecture and a well-executed first pass at spinning up the entire infrastructure with Terraform.
We have weekly status meetings with the entire company, so we're all able to follow what's going on from Biz Dev to Product, Design, Development, and Infrastructure.
Lots of opportunities for ownership and lots of good people to learn from.

We are a decidedly-slim team, so we do get to wear many hats. Not a bad thing, but it can present some challenges for some people.
