As an intern there are a lot of hands on opportunities to learn. You are encouraged to get to know everyone in the office which only enhances the upbeat environment of the agency. Sometimes amount of work available to jump on was minimal with the amount of interns- however this was a result of the season not the agency. If you're an intern, the position is going to be unpaid. Interns get the opportunity to work on a variety of different clients. Love it here! There are not any cons that I can think of. It is an extremely tight knit group of account executives in which the hierarchy is not all together apparent. This allows for a great work environment, and everyone has equal access to new accounts. There aren't a whole lot to be honest. They have limited accounts, and definitely could benefit from more clients.
