I totally agree with most of the previous reviews that was posted on here.
Though you have the idea to make things better with justification - it is not welcome. You will get a sense that instead of collaborating with you or brainstorming your proposed idea, it will be shutdown. They feel like they are being attacked with your proposed changes because their ego is as high as a nonexisting pedestal. It is not about your idea for improvement but the person delivering it. You have to kiss the right bon bons to be even acknowledged.
There are more to list on here, but I think 5 minutes of my time to review this hell’s kitchen type of a company is not worth wasting.
