The office space has been remodeled, break room has plenty of sunshine. Standard benefits package. The organization is flat, you will encounter the President. He has favorites and mood swings. He has been through 2 marketing and 2 purchasing teams in 2 years. The new space is a cube farm with low cubicles. Free coffee. 7.5 hours only applies to hourly people salary employee prepare to work 9 and be paid for 7.5 No leadership. Management spends a lot of time in meetings but nothing improves and there is no communication. Very chaotic. Much insecurity and gossip. HR went above and beyond for employees - we had employee recognition parties once every quarter where HR would purchase the main course and employees were encouraged to bring side dishes, had "awesome awards" where you got a entered into a drawing for a gift card if you were "caught" going above and beyond your job description, organized Halloween parties, guacamole/salsa contests, etc with prizes - it was a very fun atmosphere where you can tell they care about employees and respect them. The only real downside I can think of is lack of communication between some of the departments.
